The Fast800 Diet by Mosley

This book was mostly a short summary of Michael Mosley's other books -- with the base idea that doing a more extreme diet either short term or just a few days a week will be more effective than trying to cut down calories.   The biggest change in this book appears to be to raise the max calories of the extreme diet to allow some people to do it for a longer period.  

I would recommend this book for anyone who has not read any of Mr. Moseley's previous books and also anyone who wants a motivating kickstart.

Additionally the recipes looked quite yummy, (but I did not try any of them as my DH does all the cooking, lucky me)
